Volunteer

I want to help!

At PurposeWorks, we deeply value both your time and the people we serve. Saying yes to volunteer with us is more than filling a role, it’s choosing to show up with intention, faith, and care.

That’s why we invite every volunteer into a one-year commitment. This commitment reflects a shared promise: to be present, prepared, and prayerful in your role. It honors the seekers we serve and gives you space each year to reflect on your season, schedule, and calling.
We understand that life shifts. Our desire is for serving with PurposeWorks to be life-giving, not burdensome.
Before saying yes, we encourage you to pause, pray, and reflect. Let your “yes” be rooted in purpose, not pressure.
If that resonates with you, keep reading, we would be honored to serve alongside you as we help others discover their God-given purpose.

Stewardship & Responsibility

You don’t need to be perfect and you don’t need to be anyone but yourself here. What we do ask is that you remember: when you serve as a PurposeWorks volunteer, you carry the PurposeWorks heart, values, and mission into every interaction.

Leadership at PurposeWorks is both a privilege and a responsibility. Whether you’re walking one-on-one with a seeker or serving behind the scenes, your presence reflects our belief that every person has a calling worth discovering.

If at any point your current season no longer aligns with your ability to serve in this way, we invite you to take a pause. We’ll walk with you through that process with grace and care.

We also recognize that life happens - family needs, health challenges, work transitions. You matter more than any role. You will never be “out” of the PurposeWorks family. We simply ask that you take these realities into account before committing, and know that the door is always open when and if you’re ready to return.
