Not long ago, one of our job seekers shared that when she first came to PurposeWorks, she felt discouraged, fearful, and unsure of her direction after an unexpected job loss.
As a single mom, she wasn’t sure how she would afford additional support. Because of you, she received a scholarship and was able to participate in our Design and Focus program.
She shared, “I came in pretty beaten up, but I left with clarity and confidence.”
Through that experience, she gained clarity about her calling, renewed confidence, and a clear direction forward.
Just three days after completing the program, she received a job offer.
She described it as a turning point, not just in her career, but in her confidence and hope for the future.
